BIOGRAPHY

As an Associate Professor at Taylor's University Malaysia Campus, she is dedicated to cultivating a dynamic and student-centric learning environment. Dr Rashmi’s passion for fostering curiosity and critical thinking empowers students to chart their own educational paths and her expertise seamlessly integrates Outcome-Based Education (OBE), project-based and research based learning. With skills in EAC documentation, Complex Problem Solving, Blooms Taxonomy, and curriculum design, including innovative open-ended laboratory experiments, She champions Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).

Her academic journey began in Chemical Engineering, laying the foundation for her diverse research interests, ranging from heat transfer enhancements utilizing 2D and advanced nanomaterials, energy storage and waste recycling. She has contributed more than 120+ indexed publications, 4 patents, editor of few research books and also authored few book chapters and earned accolades on global platforms.

She has been listed among “World’s Top 2% scientist by Stanford University 2021” and committed to inspiring the next generation of innovators and thinkers through unwavering dedication to education and groundbreaking research."
