Dr Ng Sin Pei


BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Ng Sin Pei is the module leader for International Business Issues and Policies, Organizational Studies, and Industry Immersion Module at the School of Marketing and Management, Taylor’s University. Dr. Ng obtained her doctoral degree from Monash University. Dr. Ng’s research interests include dynamic capabilities, innovation, ambidexterity, green innovation, green supply chain management, dynamic managerial capabilities, and knowledge management. Dr. Ng’s publications appear in international refereed journals, including the R&D Management, the Journal of General Management, the Enterprise Information Systems, and the Sage Open. Dr. Ng actively engages in professional service and has reviewed papers for several journals, such as the British Journal of Management, the Journal of Management & Organization, the Journal of General Management, the International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and the FIIB Business Review.
